Bookings assume that all Guidelines, Faq's, terms and conditions have been read.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to those not behaving according to guidelines.

Eerie Tours have the right to cancel tours at any stage, at which time all patrons will be notified in advance, and be refunded.

Eerie Tours are not liable for any inconsistancy which should arise if patrons conduct themselves in a way contrary to guide instructions.

Patrons will be advised at the time of booking if the tour should be booked out.

Information provided to Eerie Tours will not be used for any other purpose than booking of the tour.
